Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your ReplyX account and remove the data we hold about you, in line with Meta's Platform requirements.

Option 1 — Delete from your dashboard

The fastest way: log in, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This immediately disconnects your Instagram account and schedules all associated data for permanent deletion.

Option 2 — Revoke from Instagram

You can remove ReplyX's access at any time directly from Meta: open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites (or Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations) and remove ReplyX. We are notified automatically and will delete the associated tokens and data.

Option 3 — Email request

Prefer us to handle it? Email support@replyx.in from your registered address with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include your account email and connected Instagram handle so we can verify you.

What gets deleted

• Your Instagram access tokens and connected account details.
• Stored comments, replies, DM logs and automation rules.
• Your profile, login credentials and analytics history.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax invoices issued by Shiv International Exporter), and are otherwise permanently removed.
