When you use ReplyX we collect:

• Account information: name, email address
• Instagram account metadata: username, profile picture URL, follower count, Facebook Page ID
• Encrypted Instagram access tokens (never stored in plain text)
• Comment automation events: commenter usernames, comment text, reply text, timestamps
• Usage data: replies sent, AI replies used, plan and billing information

• To deliver the ReplyX service — matching comments to rules and sending replies
• To enforce plan limits and process billing via Razorpay
• To send transactional emails (token expiry warnings, billing updates)
• To display analytics in your dashboard

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Instagram access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Our servers are hosted in secure cloud environments (Vercel, Railway, Supabase).

Automation event logs are retained for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Raw webhook logs are deleted after 7 days. You can request immediate deletion of all your data at any time (see below).

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of all your data — via Settings → Danger Zone or by emailing contact@replyx.in
• Export your activity data (CSV export in Activity Log)

We use session cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth). We use localStorage to remember your dark/light theme preference and cookie consent choice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• Meta (Instagram Graph API) — for posting comment replies and sending DMs
• Razorpay — for payment processing (we never store card details)
• Resend — for transactional emails
• Anthropic — for AI-generated replies (comment text is sent to Claude API)
