This Privacy Policy explains how ReplyX, a product of Shiv International Exporter (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Instagram automation service. By using ReplyX you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to run your automations:

• Account details — your name, email, and password (stored hashed).
• Instagram data — via Meta's official Graph API, with your consent: your connected account profile, posts, comments, and the access token required to reply on your behalf.
• Usage data — logs of replies and DMs sent, rule configurations, and basic analytics to power your dashboard.

2. How we use your information

We use your data solely to operate the service: to detect comments, send replies and DMs according to your rules, display analytics, process billing, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

3. Instagram & Meta

ReplyX uses only the official Meta Graph API and complies with the Meta Platform Terms. We never ask for your Instagram password and never scrape. You can revoke ReplyX's access at any time from your Instagram or Facebook settings.

4. How we protect your data

Access tokens and sensitive data are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data only as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page for the full process.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
