Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReplyX, a product of Shiv International Exporter (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ReplyX provides Instagram comment and DM automation through Meta's official Graph API. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to manage the connected Instagram account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReplyX to send spam, harass, deceive, or distribute unlawful, hateful, or infringing content. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) in INR. Reply limits reset each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first paid charge as described on our Pricing page.

5. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Automations depend on Meta's API, which may change or impose limits outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or account actions taken by Instagram/Meta.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
