Terms of Service

ReplyX ("Service") is provided by Shiv International Exporter, Visnagar, Mehsana, Gujarat — 384315, India ("we", "us"). By using ReplyX, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older and have a legitimate Instagram Business or Creator account to use ReplyX. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Meta's Platform Policies.

ReplyX automates responses to Instagram comments on your account using Meta's official Instagram Graph API. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay
• Subscription starts immediately upon payment confirmation
• If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account downgrades to the Free plan
• No refunds on partially used billing months
• All prices exclude applicable GST. Invoices issued by Shiv International Exporter (GST Registered)

You may not use ReplyX to:

• Send spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Violate Meta's Community Standards or Platform Policies
• Automate content that is illegal under Indian law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Automations depend on Meta's API availability, which is outside our control. We are not liable for missed replies due to Meta API outages.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone.

ReplyX is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost followers, or account restrictions by Meta resulting from use of this service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mehsana, Gujarat.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
